Migdalia Ramos
Territory: Puerto Rico
Migdalia studied Accounting and Bank Procedure, working for a couple of years in the accounting department of the Puerto Rico Highway Authority. After that, she received the opportunity to work for an office, school, and art supplies distributor/wholesaler in Puerto Rico. She worked in several different positions, including the accounting department, inventory and purchasing department, and the sales department. From working in the office to later visiting customers, Migdalia fell in love with her job in sales 36 years ago.

Since then, Migdalia has been working as a salesperson or manufacture's representative for different companies, including Alvin & Co., Inc. since 2004 as the territory manager for Puerto Rico and Virgin Island Territory. She loves her job because she can teach people about products and at the same time learn from them, exchanging ideas. Migdalia enjoys when customers ask her to suggest items, knowing that they accept her recommendations because they trust her. She views that as a way of helping clients and seeing their business grow, and is proud to receive their thanks.

In her spare time, Migdalia loves to cook and spend time with family, and work the garden with her grandkids. Migdalia loves to have her house full with the family.

Paul Anderson
Territory: TDC, DE, MD, VA, WV
Paul started his sales career with Chartpak-Pickett in 1978, selling to Art, Engineering and Office Supply stores in the Mid-Atlantic States. In 1980, he co-founded the Representative Sales Group, Andsco, Inc. with Joe Dinneen. The mission remains the same today as it was the day it was founded: to provide the best possible products with the best possible service. Selling is simply not enough. Collecting information and providing feedback to the customer is vital because of the continually changing market trends. Paul brings this passion for excellence to his work for Alvin.

Paul has served his community by spending six years on the township planning commission and is currently President of his Homeowners Association. Paul and his wife, Cathy, reside in Newtown Square, PA. Their son, Eric, is a Financial Planner and their daughter, Keri, is a Special Education Teacher.

When not working, Paul enjoys traveling and playing golf.

Glenda Alvarez
Territory: AZ, Las Vegas
Glenda joined Alvin & Co., Inc. in 1983 as a sub-representative, and a few years later became an independent territory manager for Arizona and Las Vegas. Glenda takes her passion for teaching into each sales call and enjoys working hand in hand with her accounts on marketing strategies and out-of-the-box ideas designed for each account's specific needs.

Glenda studied architecture, structural engineering, and fashion illustration prior to joining the "Alvin Family." She is married and has two married sons. Glenda has enjoyed working alongside her husband and sons building homes in Mexico for families in need for the past sixteen years. She spends her weekends teaching a women's group and bringing church to troubled teens in a rehabilitation facility. Glenda enjoys writing and the many people she has met through her writing.

Wally Charko
Territory: Eastern Canada
Wally serves the Ontario market west of Ottawa for Alvin. Having started in the art material market in 1982, Wally has established long-term relationships in Ontario. In 1997, he became an independent representative. Wally continues to travel the province in support of the dealer network and is a strong believer in bringing both sales and marketing opportunities to his clients.
Christine Radzik
Territory: MI
Christine currently serves as a Territory Manager for Michigan.
Jim Donnelly
Territory: ME, NH, Eastern VT, Eastern MA, RI
Jim has worked in the art industry since 1987 and started his manufacturer representative business in 1997. He joined the Alvin team as a territory manager in 2012.

Outside of work Jim enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters. He's been a runner his entire life and completed a marathon in 1985. Jim is also a cyclist with aspirations of completing a triathlon. His other hobbies include golf and gardening.

Jim is a certified Connecticut high school sports coach and volunteer basketball coach in Wallingford, CT for both the town and Ulbrich boys' and girls' club.

Larry Cash
Territory: FL, GA
A native Virginian, Larry has always enjoyed sales and customer service. His sales career began in telemarketing as well as insurance with The Hartford Insurance Group. He attended various studies in insurance law and management at the University of Richmond, VCU, and UConn. In the early 70s, he transferred to Hartford as customer service manager in Mass Merchandising. In the early 80s, a career path change relocated Larry to sunny Florida as a manufacturer representative with Tehan and Associates. Tehan represented numerous lines in Art, Drafting and stationery. In 1984, Larry joined Koh-I-Noor Rapidograph, responsible for sales in Florida, Georgia, and the Caribbean. In 1994, he was promoted to Eastern Regional Sales Manager for Koh-I-Noor until their purchase by Newell in 1998. In late 1998 a transition back to independent sales began a new career with amigos Pearcy and Hitchcock to form The HCP Group. Larry is also the winner of Alvin Salesman of the Year in 2007 and 2011. Larry has two adult sons and his faithful companion Shelby the dog.
Tim Murnane
Territory: New York City, NJ
Born and raised in Summit, NJ, Tim graduated from Fairfield University. He spent three years with Campbell's Soup as his first job. He entered the Office/Art Supply industry at Berol and has been in the field ever since, with eight years with Faber Castell, fourteen years with a rep group specializing in the Art and Office industries and the last ten years representing Alvin.

Tim enjoys socializing with his customers, and golf.

Roger Plaisance
Territory: Eastern Canada
Roger joined Alvin in 2004 as the Eastern Ontario (Kingston and Ottawa regions) and Province of Quebec sales agent. He covers the territory of his office in St-Lazare, Quebec. He has been a sales agent for different principles in the Art Supply and Graphic Art industry since 1985, working with French and English dealers in both provinces.

Married to wife Lorraine for 43 years, Roger has 1 daughter (Lina), 1 son (Benoit), and 4 grand -children. Even after all these years, Roger still enjoys working in the Art Industry every day.

Matt Dysinger
Territory: OH
Matt currently serves as a Territory Manager for Ohio.
