Return Policy:
* All sales are final unless a quality issue, shortage, or mistake by our staff caused a wrong item to be shipped.
* Quality issues, shortages or mistakes must be reported within 10 days of receiving the order.
* Replacement orders will be shipped using the same method used on the original order at no cost to the customer.
* Customer will be responsible for any upgrades to shipping on replacement orders.
* Call Paula in the credit department at 800-858-6966 within 10 days of receiving your order to request your RMA number.
* Credit will be issued upon receiving the items being returned
Shipping & Handling:
A $5 handling charge is included in all shipping calculations.
All shipping charges will be based on actual charges based on standard UPS rates based on the service selected.
