Shipping Charges: A Shipping and Handling charge of $7.95 will be billed for each order. Certain items, such as Drafting Tables, Flat Files, Trimmers and some other products what are shipped only by Truck, may have additional shipping charges. We will e-mail you with those charges for approval before we ship your order.
Product Available: Products available for shipping only to Continental US at the present time.
Returns: All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, copy of invoice or packing list and reason for return. Phone, fax or e-mail for an authorization number prior to making any returns or taking any credits. Returns may result in an assessment of 20% handing charge. All returns must be freight prepaid. No returns after 30 days. Special Orders and Custom products are non-returnable.
