Rowland Studio makes every effort to assure your ordering experience is pleasant and successful.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. For your protection, all transactions made
over the internet are processed via secured encrypted transmission lines.
Shipping and Handling Charges:
We charge a $5.00 handling fee on all orders under $30.00. In order to ensure proper charges
on shipping we use the current UPS or FEDEX charts to calculate the exact charges. Shipping charges
with a tracking number will appear in the confirmation e-mail.
Shipping:
Most orders can be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Orders will generally be processed within 1-2
business days to be available for shipping. If you have any specific shipping requests, please state them
in the comment section when placing your order.
Shipping Restrictions
Truck Orders:
Due to the size and weight of certain items, they must be shipped by common carrier. We will find the
best carrier for your order and call for your final approval of the shipping charges.
Oversize and Overweight:
Oversize and overweight items may take longer to arrive and additional charges may apply. Please call
for details on these items. We will contact you for any order that must be sent any other way than
FEDEX, UPS, or USPS.
Backorders:
There are times when we will not be able to fill you order 100% due to back-ordered items. Rowland
Studio will notify you if this applies to any part of your order and will not charge you for these items.
Damaged and Return Items:
When you receive your order please inspect it for damages, missing items, incorrect items, etc. If there
is any problem please contact us as soon as possible. Returns can be made up to 7 days from the receipt
of the order. There is a 15% handling charge for return goods and the customer pays for the return shipping
of these items. We will waive these charges under certain circumstances.
Rowland Studio Inc has agreed that it will collect, store and use personal information obtained from the Alvin & Co., Inc. E-Partner web site only for the defined purposed of supporting and enhancing your customer relationship in connection with the processing of consumer purchases, providing service and support and sharing product, service and Alvin & Co, Inc. news and offerings.
