RETURNED GOODS/CREDIT MEMO POLICY
Richter Drafting & Office Supply Co., Inc. unconditionally guarantees that its product will be free of any manufacturer’s defects and will completely satisfy the needs of the purchases, Should any product be deemed unsatisfactory by the purchaser, we will issue a merchandise credit or replace that product.

If necessary to return an item, please remember the following:
  • Return must be made within 30 days of purchase.

  • For merchandise pick-up, call customer service at  215-723-3900 and inform them of your product to be picked up and the invoice number of the purchase.

  • Merchandise must be in original packaging and accompanied by a return authorization form.

  • No shortage claims after 5 days of purchase.

  • No concealed damage claims after 10 days of purchase.

  • Special order items are not returnable.

  • Due to a limited shelf life of food, beverage and pharmaceutical products, along with concerns of public safety, our system will no longer allow these items to be put on a return authorization.

  • Damaged furniture must be reported within 48 hours to receive credit.

  • Credits may be used towards future purchases. No cash refunds will be given.
