Rapids Reproductions
You may use a credit card or your Rapids Reproductions charge account, if one exists. To use your Rapids Reproductions account simply leave the credit card information blank on your online order. If you want a charge account you may down load a credit application from our web site.
*If you are not comfortable with providing credit card information electronically, call us at 1-800-383-1223 and a representative will be happy to take your order over the phone.
Processing Orders
After you have placed your order online one of our Customer Service representatives will contact you via email or phone within one business day to provide you with any additional information regarding your order including shipping rates and delivery times. Your credit card is NOT CHARGED until we receive final approval from you. Once we receive your final approval, your order will be processed and shipped immediately.
Shipping
We ship via all major land and air shippers. You will be notified of the shipping charges for your order prior to the processing of your order. If you have specific shipping requests please add them in the comments section when placing your order.
Errors in Your Shipment
If there are any problems with your order, please contact us within three business days and we will correct the situation.
Returns
All returns must be in good resalable condition. If you wish to return an item please contact us within three business days from receiving the order. We will assign a Return Authorization Number for all returns. All returns must have prior authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
