Our listed products are supported by the manufacturer�s warranty. For support on these products please contact the manufacturer.
We accept returns within 48 hours of the date of receipt. Returns must be in unopened original packaging with original receipt, packing slip.
Refunds will be made in the same manner as the payments less shipping.
All confirmed returns are subject to %25 restocking Fee.

IMPORTANT: At time of delivery, please inspect your order while the shipper is still present.
If the item is damaged, please refuse delivery and contact Savannah Art Supplies customer service at cs@savannahartsupplies.com or call 912-342-4405 immediately to arrange a replacement.
Your signature on our carriers receipt acknowledges that you inspected your package and it is free from damage. Your signature also indicates that you understand our returns policy regarding your order.
If after installation, your item is not working properly, please contact the manufacturer for service. All the information regarding the manufacturer warranty is included in the box, or can be found online
