You will receive an email confirmation of your order within one business day to advise you of the estimated time of arrival for your order. Your Phipps Reprographics charge account will not be charged until your order has shipped to your delivery address.
For the convenience of customers without a Phipps Reprographics charge account, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards. If you are not comfortable providing credit card information electronically call our customer service department at 513-793-1030.
SHIPPING -
For orders shipped directly to the customer from our online warehouse, we ship UPS & FEDEX and charge our customers the actual shipping costs. If you have specific shipping requests please add them in the comments section when placing your order.
DELIVERY & WILL CALL -
No delivery charge for local orders of $20.00 or more. Orders are also available for will call at your request. You will be advised of the estimated time of arrival for your order in your email confirmation.
RETURN POLICIES -
If there is a problem with your order, please contact our customer service department within 3 business days at mike@phippsrepro.com. All requests for returns must be in good, re-salable condition, and subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must have prior authorization.
