Processing Orders
After you have placed your order online, one of our Customer Service representatives will contact you via e-mail or by phone within 1 business day to provide you with any additional information regarding your order, including shipping rates and delivery times. Your credit card or Mathison’s charge account is NOT CHARGED until we receive final approval from you. Once we receive your final approval, your order will be processed and shipped immediately.
Payment
You may charge orders to either your credit card or your Mathison’s charge account. If you wish to charge the order to your Mathison’s account, simply leave the credit card information blank on your online order.
Shipping
We ship UPS, FEDEX and USPS and charge our customers the actual shipping cost. You will be notified of the shipping charges for your order prior to the processing of your order. If you have specific shipping requests please add them in the comments section when placing your order.
Errors in Your Shipment
If there are any problems with your order, please contact our Customer Service department within 3 business days and we will correct the situation.
Returns
All returns must be in good, re-saleable condition. If you wish to return an item or order, please contact our Customer Service department within 3 business days from receiving the order. Our Customer Service department will assign a Return Authorization Number for all returns. Please note that all returns MUST have prior authorization.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunding Delivery Charges
We will refund delivery charges only in the event that you received items you did not order. We are unable to refund delivery charges for any other items returned.
Cancellations
Your order is processed and shipped immediately after your final approval. You may cancel your order prior to your approval. Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed.

All pricing on this site is Suggested Retail Pricing. We offer many discounts and specials that may not be published online. Call us for the latest specials available.
If you are not comfortable with providing credit card information electronically, call our Customer Service department at 1-800-437-4744 and a representative will be happy to take your order over the phone.
