After you have placed your order online, our representative will contact you via e-mail or phone, to confirm your order. Your credit card is NOT CHARGED until your order is processed and shipped.

We ship via UPS and USPS and charge based on the chart below. This charge IS NOT reflected in your total on the website.

Above $45.00 = FREE SHIPPING*
*Oversize items and/or those that cannot be shippied via UPS/USPS are excluded. You will be notified if any items do not qualify for our standard shipping rates.
RETURN POLICIES
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 business days. All returns MUST have proir authorization and be in good, re-saleable condition (unless defective). Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.

We accept VISA. MASTER CARD and AMEX. If you have an established account with James River Equipment & Supply, Inc. you may charge your purchase by providing your account number, name, phone number & a purchase order.
