After you have placed your order, one of our Customers Service representatives will contact you via e-mail or phone with information on delivery times and shipping rates. You credit card will not be charged without your final approval and until the merchandise has been shipped.
Shipping Charges
We ship UPS and charge the actual shipping cost plus $3.50 for processing and packing.
Return Policies
If there is any problem or error with your order, please contact us within 3 business days. Except in cases of a defective product or our error, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Returns must have prior authorization.
