Sales Tax: Only orders shipping to destinations within Washington state will be charged sales tax.
Shipping: Orders placed in the greater Seattle area will be delivered at no additional charge.
We ship UPS and USPS. The Complete Line charges actual shipping charges. After your order is received, it will be processed and we will inform you with current availability, any sales tax and shipping charges.
Return Policy: All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number, copy of invoice or packing list and reason for return. Phone, fax or e-mail for an authorization number prior to making any returns or taking any credits. Returns may result in an assessment of 20% handling charge. All returns must be freight prepaid. No returns after 30 days. Special Orders and Custom products are non-returnable.
Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. If you are not comfortable with providing credit card information electronically, please call our customer service department at 1-800-447-3444 and a customer service representative will be happy to take your order over the phone.
