Processing Orders
After you have placed your order online one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you by phone or email within 24 hours to provide you with any additional information regarding your order including shipping rates and delivery times.
Your credit card will not be charged until we receive final confirmation from you. Once we receive this approval your order will be processed and shipped immediately.
Shipping
We ship using Canada Post, Greyhound, Purolator, UPS or any courier of your choice. We charge our customers the actual shipping costs, and will notify you of the charges prior to processing your order. If you have specific shipping requests, please add them in the comment section when placing your order.
Return Policy
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving the shipment. All returns must be in good, re-saleable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All returns MUST have prior authorization.
Pricing
All pricing on this site is Suggested Retail Pricing in US Funds. Please add 10% to all prices to obtain an approximate Canadian Retail Value. This 10% will cover the exchange rate, in addition to brokerage, freight, and duty for all orders being shipped across the US/Canada border. We will provide you with firm pricing on all items once you have placed your order.
