With respect to items sold by Acereprographics.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Your purchases from third-party sellers using Acereprographics.com Payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
RETURN POLICY
What is our return policy? You can return most items sold by acereprographics.com within 7 days from the received date.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
To qualify, simply initiate the return within 7 days from the received date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.). We must receive your item back within 14 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 7 days from the time we receive your item to process your return.
For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the original shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase.

Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.
