International shipments, as well as orders over 10LBs, require special shipping conditions. Please contact us before ordering for an exact quote. Your shipping will be calculated later; please consider the total given after checkout to be tentative (pre-shipping fee).
Returns
7th Avenue Stationers, Inc.- stands behind all the products we sell. We will happily exchange or refund any purchase within seven (7) days after you receive your merchandise (excluding shipping and handling charges) To return a purchase, please call 1 (800) 320-5735 first for return authorization.
Fountain Pen Returns- As long as the pen has not been filled with ink and is in new, salable condition. If you are not sure you want to keep a fountain pen, please do not fill it. Try the nib by dipping in a bottle of ink. Pens that have been filled with ink can not be returned.
Engraved Items- All sales on engraved items are final and we will not exchange or refund you for any item that has been engraved.
